Please join Shades of Lavender Farm in celebrating our Grand Opening with an exquisite lavender themed 5-course dinner designed by Chef Patrick at Feed the World Cafe. St. Julian's has created and will be serving an amazing Citrus Lavender Hard Cider specifically created for our Grand Opening Dinner. The easy to carry appetizer course will be served so that you will be able to relax and unwind while walking in our lavender fields. Wander back to our magical white pine forest and enjoy dinner with friends creating memories that last a lifetime. We are so excited to share this exciting time with you and are honored to have your presence. 

Here is the menu:

1st Course:

Lemon Lavender Rosemary Goat Cheese Panna Cota with                            Balsamic Honey Lavender Gastric and Lavender Caviar

2nd Course:

Farmers Salad with Blackberry Lavender White Wine Vinaigrette    

3rd Course: 

Roast Ratatouille in a Lavender Garlic Bread Bowl

4th Course: 

Roasted Lavender Honey Peach Duck with Caramelized Roasted Rainbow Carrots and Crusty Lavender Baguette

5th Course: 

Blackberry Apple Lavender Tarte Tatin with Candied Lemon Zest and White Chocolate Shavings

We do have a back-up venue if the weather becomes inclement. We will meet and dine at Feed the World Cafe on Red Arrow Highway. This decision will be made on the day of the event and you will be informed of any changes in venue.
