Candle, soap, and sugar scrub making classes at our lavender farm.

At Shades of Lavender, we’re a family-owned, community-oriented destination that lets visitors immerse themselves in the beauty, tranquility, and fragrance of our lavender fields. As part of our mission to act as stewards of our land, we believe that it’s important to allow guests to witness – and participate in – the process of transforming lavender into products. By combining innovative and traditional methods, we’re able to produce a diverse catalog of sustainable, eco-friendly products. And, to share our love of these processes, we offer a wide range of whipped body butter making, cookie decorating, candle making, sugar scrub making, and soap making classes. For candle-making classes, each guest makes and takes home one finished candle or two smaller candles.
